Ocean International Reinsurance Company Ltd. (Ocean Re) has appointed Neil Bramley as the Global Head of Treaty Underwriting, based out of London.
Bramley is a market veteran with over 24 years of experience. Prior to this role, he served as a Specialty Account Executive at reinsurance broker, Gallagher Re for over four years.
Since July 2010, Bramley served as a Data Solutions Director and Reinsurance Director for Price Forbes & Partners. In the dual role, he headed the analytical team throughout the company.
His remit in the role also included managing the use, license, and interpretation of third-party models along with complementing and increasing client understanding of the model results and structures of their tailored programs.
As Reinsurance Director, he developed and assisted his client’s needs and contributed to the reinsurance division’s overall portfolio and growth with a global, multi-class experience with a diverse knowledge and contact base.
Bramley’s other roles include servings as a Senior Client Executive at HSB. He started his career as a Property Treaty Underwriter for ACE Group in September 2001.
