How to Screen Record on iPhone 15 Pro Max
Step 1: Accessing the Control Center – If you’re thinking that you need a third-party app from the App Store in order to screen record, you are completely wrong. You do not need any third-party apps to record your screen on your iPhone devices. All you need to do is go to your control center.
- If you’re using an iPhone 10 or later device, swipe down from the top to access the control center.
- If you’re using an older device, swipe up from the bottom to access the control center.
By default, you may not have the screen record button in the control center, so here’s how to add it:
- Open up your settings.
- Scroll down and click on “Control Center”.
- Under “Included Controls”, you’ll see options like flashlight, timer, calculator, camera, low power mode, etc. Scroll down and you’ll find the “Screen Recording” option.
- Click on the “+” button next to “Screen Recording” to add it to your control center.
- Now, you should see the screen recording button in your control center.
Start Screen Record on iPhone 15 Pro Max
To start screen recording, simply press the screen recording button in your control center. It will give you a countdown of three, two, one, and then start recording.
If you’re using an iPhone 15, you’ll see a red dot on your dynamic island indicating that it’s screen recording. If you’re using an earlier device, you’ll see a red dot in the top left corner around the clock.
To stop the screen recording, either tap the screen recording button again on an iPhone 14 or click the red dot on an earlier device. The recording will be saved directly to your photos.
Screen Record with Voiceover on iPhone 15 Pro Max
If you want to screen record with your voice, it’s super simple. Follow these steps:
- Go to your control center.
- Long press and hold the screen recording button.
- Turn on the microphone option.
- Now, when you start recording, it will also record your voice using the default input microphone. To stop the recording, use the same methods mentioned in Step 2.
Edit and Share the Recording
Once the screen recording is saved to your camera roll, you can edit it if needed. Simply click on the screen recording in your photos, then click “Edit”. From there, you can cut out any unnecessary parts by dragging and dropping the timeline. Once you’re done editing, click “Done”.

Now, you have the full-screen recording in your photos. You can share it with your friends or upload it to YouTube or any social media platform.
