Adam Waterstreet, equipped with vast insurance claims expertise, takes on the role of Claims Relationship Manager, effective immediately, as announced by Arch Insurance UK Regional Division.
In his new position, Waterstreet assumes responsibility for supervising account management efforts for brokers throughout the UK regions, fortifying client connections, and identifying avenues to improve Arch’s claims offerings. Encompassing all 11 regional offices of Arch, he reports directly to Steve Turvey, the Head of Claims for First Party.

He is a highly experienced claims professional with a strong record of driving claims management improvements and efficiencies, while providing excellent customer service. With over a decade of claims expertise, Waterstreet transitions to Arch from Aon, where he served as a Claims Management Executive overseeing significant client portfolios. Before that, he held the role of Claims Relationship Manager at Allianz. Arch offers extensive claims support across its specialty risk solutions for UK clients, spanning various industries.
The company operates multiple Specialty Claims Units staffed by specialised claims professionals in areas such as marine, professional indemnity, digital, property, casualty, personal accident, and travel.
