NEAM promotes Kasha Mleko to Head of Sustainability, Europe

New England Asset Management Limited (NEAM), a provider of investment advisory services primarily to re/insurance companies, has promoted Kasha Mleko to Head of Sustainability, Europe.

Mleko joined NEAM in 2010 and has held roles in Marketing and New Business Development since then.

Graham Kirk, Managing Director, NEAM Limited, commented, “Kasha’s experience and knowledge in this area, helps ensure that we will continue to develop solutions for the various ESG challenges that our clients and NEAM Limited face today, and in the future.

“With Kasha leading our sustainability initiatives, I am confident that NEAM Limited will continue to grow in serving the unique needs of our insurance company clients.”

Mleko holds an honours Bachelor of Arts Degree (French and Spanish) from University College Dublin. She was also awarded the Investment Foundations Certificate by the CFA in 2015 and completed the PRI Academy’s Foundations in Responsible Investment course in 2022.

Mleko commented, “After so many years with the company, I’m extremely excited to take on the new challenge of leading the firm’s sustainability and ESG efforts in Europe.

“Having led a number of internal initiatives and projects in this space over recent years, I look forward to now being able to dedicate my time and focus to this fascinating and evolving area of our business and to building on the support we already provide to our UK and European insurance clients.”

This appointment follows the recent naming of Graham Kirk as the Managing Director.
