• Gowri comes from an esteemed business family from Delhi.

• In her first year of college, Gowri casually participated in the beauty pageant of her university and won it. Celebrities such as Jackie Shroff and Satish Kaushik served as judges, along with CEOs from various cosmetic companies.

• The beauty pageant acted as a spark for her interest in acting in the films.

• Gowri moved to Mumbai in order to make a career in films, and that is when someone told her that the producers of ‘Bunny’ were looking for a new face for the female lead. After meeting the producers, she was immediately selected for the role.
