Education: Degree qualified in a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

Salary: Upto ₹6.5 LPA (Expected)Responsibilities:
- Follows work instructions; codes, tests, debugs; implements and maintains software solutions, under direction of the manager.
- Develops tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities, under direct supervision.
- Provides technical support in a defined project under direct supervision.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyses and modifies logic in existing applications, often learning on the job from more senior colleagues as size of the challenge increases.
- Modifies existing internal software products to add new functions, adapt to new hardware, improve performance or enhance product usability under direct supervision.
- Implements and monitors basic system improvements to increase efficiency.
- Under supervision, supports applications to be compatible across multiple computing platforms and browsers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of at least one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Java and at least one or more operating system, such as Windows, Linux/Unix, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Java
- Excellent object-oriented analysis, design, and development skills, including test-driven development (TDD)
- Experience with profiling and performance enhancement of distributed and multi-threaded systems.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, including RDBMS setup and tuning experience (Oracle / Sybase).
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks ideally including Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC
- Excellent communication skills.
- A curious mindset and analytical skills, with a strong will and capability to learn.
- A strong Can-Do attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Abilities to engage and collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders.
- A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment.
